I have been to 9 world competitions with 57 world medals, and I’ve been fortunate enough to serve in the US Army where I cooked for Generals for 12-years. I’m a highly trained chef with 36-years in the cooking industry. Working in the military has given me the discipline that helps in producing a quality dining experience. My career has given me high standards in culinary arts, which I believe are necessary in order to create a really great restaurant. My motto is: “never lower your standards to meet the masses, but to train the masses to your standards.” Most non-restaurateurs do not realize how much work it takes to operate a first class establishment. Usually it’s just a matter of food and service – but there is a lot happening behind the scenes that is often overlooked. I have found it challenging to own a restaurant in Angeles City, but is also quite rewarding. It is somewhat difficult to work 7-days a week to keep up the standards and oversee every detail, but that is the job and I do it for you. We have a lot of great customer feedback, and I strive to keep running a high-quality restaurant for Angeles expats and tourists alike to enjoy.
